Last week Eric Morris revealed an urge to smoke meat at Hull & High Water.
Hull & High Water announcement: “On top of our seafood menu, we have now decided to launch a full Southern BBQ program.”
Now he says the time has come to make the BBQ available to the dining public.
“Our new bbq line starts tonight and I promise you it is top notch. We had people literally work from 2pm to 4am just to hang out with the smoker to ensure proper temperature, quality of smoke, product rotation, etc… ALL the love went into this and you can taste it, that I promise!”
